1.SURYA NAMASKARA :
It comprises a series of 12 postures – each posture focus on different body part. In fact it is overall body workout.

2.THE WARRIOR POSE ( ViRBHADRASNA) :
The warrior poses work on your legs, thighs, back and arms. It helps in improving blood circulation.
3.TRIANGLE POSE ( TRIKONASANA ):
This asana works on the sides of your body, arms and thighs.
4.BOAT POSE :
Try holding the position for 10 seconds to begin with and increase the bar with every passing day. It’s little pain in stomach muscles,this will kill that stubborn belly fat.
5.BRIDGE POSE :
This works wonders on your hips, thighs, stomach as well as back.
PRANAYAMA :
Prana is the life force which control oxygen flow into body. Talking about breathing for weight loss one should follow
